The service

Umay creates recipes and manages your library, week, shopping lists and tracking. Features may change, be added or be removed. Part of the service is free; other features are reserved for the Umay Premium subscription.

Your account

You sign in with a link or a code sent to your email address, or with your Google account where that option is offered. You are responsible for access to your inbox and your Google account. Accounts are personal; the household feature lets you share planning, shopping lists and your pantry with people close to you.

Umay Premium

Umay Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased in the app through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The length and price of each plan are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings: deleting the app or your Umay account does not cancel it. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules. Fair use

Generating recipes, photos and analyses uses real resources, so clearly abusive or automated use may be restricted. You agree not to use Umay to produce illegal or harmful content.

Your content

Recipes you create, import or edit belong to you and are private by default. Importing recipes from the web is intended for personal use, with the source retained for attribution. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Shared content, reporting and blocking

Some features make what you post visible to other people: recipes submitted to the community, ratings, comments, shared menus. Umay has zero tolerance for abusive content: hate, harassment, threats, sexual or violent content, illegal content, impersonation, spam. You can report content from the app and block a user so you no longer see what they post. Every report is reviewed, and content that breaks these rules is removed within 24 hours; the account that posted it may be suspended or deleted. For any question about content: hello@koruki.fr.

Health

Umay is not a medical device. Its nutritional information, including calories, scores and children's guidelines, consists of informative estimates and is not medical advice. For any health concern, follow the advice of your doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Liability and termination

The service is provided without a guarantee of availability. You may delete your account at any time from Profile; we may suspend an account in the event of clear abuse. French law applies.
